1. Choose a time and place where you will be undisturbed - it's a good idea to turn off your mobile and leave your phone off the hook. At the end of the daytime version, Linda will count you back up to full awareness so it is suitable for morning listening or at any other time during the day. The process takes about 25 minutes, so allow yourself a bit longer to fully enjoy the feelings.
2. Find a comfortable place to relax, whether that is a chair or lying on your bed. It is best to have your legs uncrossed. As you get comfortable, just relax and let go. The processes work better when you are not consciously listening to what is being said. Your conscious mind can drift and dream but your unconscious (subconscious) will be listening to every word and will accept any suggestions that it likes. Your unconscious mind controls the whole process and will reject any suggestions that it does not like.
3. It is a good idea to listen to the download regularly. Generally, every day for the first thirty days and then as often as you want.
